Goya Foods HQ
Jersey City, New Jersey

The Challenge
Goya Foods is the largest Hispanic-owned business in the U.S. The goal of this facility was to relocate Goya’s previous headquarters in Secaucus, New Jersey to a 40-acre site in Jersey City, New Jersey.

The Solution
The largest of Goya’s 16 American facilities, the flagship includes a new three-story corporate headquarters office, and a single-story food-grade distribution center that contains a dry warehouse, large freezer, cooler/cold dock, and shipping and receiving office. The design utilizes 41-foot clear height ceilings to maximize racked storage and cube utilization. Constructed of load-bearing precast concrete panels complemented with metal panel and glass accents, the design reflects the superb quality of the Goya brand.
