Wayfair

This project started as two new, speculative, single-story office/distribution centers designed to accommodate up to four tenants. Prior to completion, Wayfair, the largest online-only retailer for home furniture in the United States, became the development’s single tenant.

With 40-foot clear height and insulated tilt-up concrete wall panels, these buildings differentiated themselves from the competition and redefined the standard for modern distribution facilities. Building 1 is a 930,030 SF cross-docked facility while Building 2 is a smaller 310,911 SF single-loaded configuration. The project received LEED Core & Shell Silver Certification.
