Cuivre River Electric Cooperative HQ
Troy, Missouri

The Challenge
Over the past 78 years, the Cuiver River Electric Cooperative has grown to become the largest electric cooperative in Missouri. The Cooperative’s success meant it needed more space. We designed a new facility on the existing site with room for expansion now and in the future.

The Solution
Redefining the member experience, M+H worked with the Cooperative to develop a building concept committed to serving CREC’s legacy. At the heart of the concept is relationships: member to member, member to the greater community, member to the cooperative staff, and the architecture to the surrounding community. The project was uniquely designed and phased, providing an entire new office building on the existing site. We also designed for a future expansion on the west wing’s second floor.
