M+H was asked by Bluewater Industrial Group to design a single story, cross dock speculative use warehouse/distribution building with a clean height of 40’ in Hainesport, PA

We embraced the angled wall and enhanced it with massive sections of vertical glass creating a statement of arrival. This large area of vision glass along with other glass around the building, provide an abundance of daylighting within the warehouse. The main entrance also has an extensive plaza with planter boxes and lighted bollards which is intended to host outdoor gatherings.
