When Lake Saint Louis was in need of a new outdoor shopping center filled with restaurants, and meeting places, they invited M+H Architects to help guide them through the process. The site posed several unique challenges, including site shape constraints, highway frontage, sensitivity to the neighboring residential area and maintainability.

Our design includes several historical connections to the city’s roots as well as where their future is headed. The Lake Saint Louis community has been growing like wild flowers for years, and M+H wanted to design a state-of-the-art shopping and event center that reflected that. With great sensitivity being placed in every detail from the wood, stone, and brick walls, to the lighting, and concrete pavers you walk on, the design team at M+H created a communal space that draws high-profile tenants, and brings the members of the community together.
