Accordia – Tremley Point

M+H designed a speculative warehouse distribution center on an existing underutilized industrial site. Wetlands to the north and west of the site and Rahway River to the south added an extra challenge to the project.

The tight site constraints required the building’s main office entry to be 4 feet higher than finish grade, so M+H created a grand entry utilizing a ramp and entry stairs. Additionally, we maximized the site’s potential with an angular building footprint along the south wall. The design of the building included a 3,000 SF speculative office, allowing potential tenants to immediately start operations after signing the lease.
