Cosmos Corporation, a family-owned company and a leader in the pet product industry, had a facility that was bursting at the seams and unable to accommodate their rapidly growing business. The production floor layout prevented productivity, while the office space did not reflect the company’s culture of collaboration and togetherness.

The new combination office and production/storage warehouse tackled the existing needs while allowing ample room for expansion. Working closely with their facility managers, we designed the production floor to maximize productivity while product storage is arranged to minimize travel distances. On the office side, large exterior windows and glass office fronts allow sun to flood the space and emphasize the use of natural materials reflective of the corporate philosophy.
