Missouri American Water Company needed to provide better coverage of its service areas to complete maintenance and projects on its system.
The Solution
A branch service center provides a home base for outside crews and supervisors to meet with show-up space, gear lockers and a training room—all closer to the area served. The new facility will increase efficiency with reduced travel and response times.
