Amazon last mile facilities presented a variety of challenges that are unique to these types of facilities. The client had very specific building criteria, as well as an aggressive and demanding schedule to meet their operational needs and requirements.

Last mile facilities require intensive coordination between the client and design consultants reviewing and returning comments in a timely manner. The utilization of the M+H 3D modeling and Immersive design programs, along with our clash detection protocol allowed for the development and coordination of the design document with in an eight-week time frame. Meeting and exceeding the client design schedule timeline.
