Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program Graduates

Haley Dougherty, AIA, NCARB, LEED BD+C and Abigael Weller, AIA, NCARB recently graduated from the inaugural cohort of the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP) with AIA St. Louis. Developed in Washington DC, in honor of Christopher Kelley, the CKLDP aims to foster the next generation of leaders in the architectural community.

Over the course of 9 monthly sessions, Haley and Abigael joined 12 other up-and-coming leaders from around St. Louis to explore various topics ranging from negotiation and marketing to community engagement and sustainability.
