Carteret Honored with Industrial Impact of the Year Award

News + Insights

We’re excited to announce that Crow Holdings at Carteret has received the Industrial Impact of the Year Award from the United Way of Northern New Jersey!

This recognition celebrates the transformational power of public-private partnerships, and the role design plays in revitalizing communities.

Located on a 126-acre site near the Rahway River, this three-building, 1.2 million-square-foot industrial campus represents a bold step forward in sustainable development and economic growth. What was once contaminated land is now a thriving logistics and industrial hub, strategically positioned just off the New Jersey Turnpike.

Across three buildings, this project includes 299 trailer parking spots, 174 dock doors, five (5) drive-in ramps, and a 40-foot clear height – along with speculative offices designed with future growth in mind.

This achievement was made possible through the collaboration of an outstanding project team, including:

Crow Holdings Development, DSV Global Transport and Logistics, Weida Freight System, Avison Young, Cushman & Wakefield, Alston Construction, Alper Audi Inc., SESI Consulting Engineers, Watts Consulting, CSG Law, Riker Danzig LLP, EastStar Environmental Group Inc., Princeton Hydro, Petillo LLC, and Rahway Arch Properties.

We are proud to have contributed to a project that exemplifies design excellence, environmental responsibility, and regional impact. Thank you to United Way of Northern NJ for this incredible honor.
