Marking a Milestone: Passing the T-Square to Blake Anderson

News + Insights

M+H proudly celebrates our Design Professional, Blake Anderson, with our firm tradition: Passing the T-Square.

Over the past several years, Blake has been working hard towards licensure, completing necessary hours and passing all six tests of the Architect Registration Examination (ARE).

Licensure is no small feat – It marks the culmination of countless hours of study, real-world experience, and a true dedication to growth. For architects, earning the license is more than a personal achievement – it is an outward display of their commitment to the profession and the communities they serve.

The Passing of the T-Square is a time-honored tradition at M+H. With each new licensee, we pass down a ceremonial T-Square – symbolizing the responsibility, legacy, and community that comes with this achievement. It serves as a reminder that every architect is building upon the work of those before them, while paving the way for those to follow. Blake will add his name to the T-Square, holding it until the next team member reaches this milestone.

We could not be more proud of Blake. Achievements like this embody the values we celebrate as a firm – professionalism, passion, and an unwavering dedication to excellence. Moments like this remind us that every individual achievement contributes to our shared legacy, inspiring all of us to aim higher!

Please join us in congratulating Blake on this remarkable accomplishment!
