Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders: Celebrating Our CKLDP Graduates
We are proud to celebrate two members of our team – Project Architect, Dave O’Black and Design Professional, Nick Rauscher – who recently completed the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP) through the AIA St. Louis Chapter.
CKLDP is a prestigious, year-long program designed to empower architects through peer-led leadership training, with a focus on developing the next generation of leaders in our region.
Participants engage in monthly sessions that cover a range of topics such as practice innovation, community engagement, business development, and mentorship. The program’s mission is clear: to cultivate experience, knowledge, and skills that support professional advancement.
Both Dave and Nick exemplify our guiding values through their dedication to excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. We are thrilled to see the recognized and can’t wait to watch them continue to flourish both within our firm and the architectural community.
