Revitalizing the Riverfront: Raritan River Logistics Center Breaks Ground

We’re excited to announce the groundbreaking of our new industrial development in New Jersey. The project spans the municipal line dividing Perth Amboy and Woodbridge Township, making it a shared development between the two communities.

This 971,962 SF building area, developed in partnership with Brookfield Properties, is expected to play a significant role in the region’s continued revitalization and economic growth.
Developments like this go beyond brick and mortar – they represent a spirit of collaboration and shared progress.
Strategically situated along the waterfront, the project will redevelop land previously utilized for industrial metalwork and materials production. The site will be converted into a state-of-the-art logistics hub with modern amenities and public access to the waterfront.
There are several key features to this project, including a 42-foot clear height, 154 loading docks, 4 drive-in doors, and a multi-level parking structure whose footprint is 118,599 SF, providing 347 parking spaces. The built-to-suit office component ensures flexibility to meet the unique needs of future tenants.
Construction is expected to begin in the next few months, making it an important milestone in reclaiming and repurposing this site as part of the broader waterfront revitalization efforts. Stay tuned for more updates as construction progresses!
