We’re thrilled to announce that Fair Lawn Logistics, a 152K square foot speculative distribution center, has achieved LEED BD+C: Core and Shell Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. This recognition highlights our efforts to design smarter, greener, and healthier spaces.

Achieving certification under the LEED v4 standards reflects our firm’s ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility and innovation. A huge thank you to our project team and partners for making sustainability a priority!
