Big news from Columbus! We’re thrilled to announce that our Charter Street Cold Storage project, a 179K square foot cold storage development, has achieved LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. This milestone reflects our firm’s on-going commitment to design smarter, greener, and healthier spaces.
Achieving certification under the LEED Gold standards reflects our firm’s ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility and innovation. A huge thank you to our project team and partners for making sustainability a priority!
