“Spirit days are a great aspect of the M+H culture. Being apart of the Spirit Day Committee, I get to help plan fun events happening each month and enjoy seeing everyone set aside work to bond a couple of times a week/month.”

“Starting out after graduating, it was great that M+H took initiative to let me travel to various sites and meet with clients. Getting the opportunity to do so right out of the gate helped me establish strong connections early on and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over the projects.”
