Description

The primary focus of the Project Architect is completing projects efficiently and profitably, while meeting high quality standards. You must have the possession, authorship and full responsibility for the documents produced by the office and full in-house responsibility for the consultant’s documents.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of working design experience
  • Accredited Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect (preferred) or on the path toward licensure
  • Code, ADA and Specification writing experience
  • Architectural and Interior design abilities
  • Proficiency in Revit with experience in construction documentation
  • Hard working, self-motivated and a team player
  • Additional knowledge, skills and abilities:
    • Architectural detailing
    • Construction documents
    • 3D rendering capabilities
    • Building systems, building codes, and ADA requirements
    • Coordinating the work of engineering consultants
    • Construction Administration
    • Photoshop
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Direct/Coach junior staff
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
