Wells Vehicle Electronics HQ

Wells Vehicle Electronics, a company with 100 years of history, needed to consolidate various company functions in the Fond du Lac area to one location.

To accomplish this goal, M+H combined corporate and business offices as well as expanded storage and a new production lab all on the same site with expanded and updated engineering, electronic component manufacturing, mechanical and quality assurance labs, and a new vehicle garage. The facility is a 2-story building connected to the existing structure via an enclosed link. The interior of the existing facility was extensively renovated while the exterior was clad with a new skin to complement the new structure.
