This building was the first speculative office building built in the St. Louis area when the market was just opening up after an overabundance of office space. It was a somewhat difficult site, with 85’ to 100’ of site transition, requiring extensive site analysis. Ingenuity and care were taken that it be an economical and yet quite attractive building. It features full height steel studs and brick veneer with stone detailing to minimize costs. The building has below the building parking and was designed to accommodate technological spaces as well as offices.
