Triad Bank wanted to add a drive-thru for their customer’s convenience, but were concerned that nearby residents may have some objections. M+H was there every step of the way with 3D images and animations that helped get the project through the planning and zoning process and into the built environment.
Triad was so pleased with the way M+H was handling the drive-thru project, they awarded us the tenant finish project for their third floor office space before the drive-thru was even completed. They needed to add individual office space to a previously finished open area in the third floor while still maintaining a large and functional conference room. The solution was a utilization of their current design style with an updated look for their conference room.
Sustainable features were also delivered by M+H in the form of a a “green” roof. A tray system sits directly over the TPO membrane roof minimizing the heat island affect as well as filtering and reducing the amount of water runoff on the site. The end result is a green, aesthetically pleasing and functional, drive-thru facility that the client loves and has a minimal impact on the local surroundings. The 2 lanes plus ATM makes their customers happy because they now have the convenience of staying in their vehicles while taking care of their banking.
