SouthEastern Illinois Electric Cooperative, located in Eldorado, IL acquired new property near Harrisburg, IL to improve its facilities and service. The new facility is composed of multiple building elements. The office building is approximately 20,890 SF in size. The structure is a conventional steel frame with masonry veneer on metal studs. The roof is light gauge metal trusses with a standing seam metal roof system. Attached to the office is the warehouse at approximately 10,250 SF in size. The Warehouse structure is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) structure with metal wall panels and a PEMB standing seam metal roof system. The Crew vehicle storage component is attached to the office building and warehouse, and is comprised of 26,500 SF of PEMB structure.
In addition to the main building, there are two PEMB Enclosed out buildings. The Enclosed Material Storage building is approximately 7,550 SF and the Enclosed Vehicle Storage out building is approximately 7,250 SF.
