Prologis

After acquiring another developer and its facility, Prologis needed to redesign this warehouse to meet the company’s standards. It also required both FM Global approval and LEED Certification.

M+H worked with Prologis to develop and document the warehouse to Prologis’s standards. We used Immersive Design to come up with a final design solution that satisfied the company’s leadership team before the building was built. M+H also assisted with LEED goals related to Core & Shell Silver certification as well as FM Global standards.
