Procter & Gamble Expansion & Tenant Improvement

Westway I recently doubled their square footage and receiving tenant improvements. M+H is the architect for this 480,000 SF Westway I expansion project along with the Westway I and III tenant improvement projects. The expansion project also includes an additional traffic control center for improved site vehicular circulation.  Westway I tenant improvement involves 13,700 SF of office space and installation of 2-hour rated demising walls. Westway III tenant improvement includes a 65,000 SF corrosives (H-4) storage room and a 23,000 SF combustible (H-3) storage room, and modifications to the existing office area.
