M+H Architects and O’Toole Design Associates moved into our new offices in fall of 2012. The new space design reflects our corporate philosophies by creating a more open work environment and integrating numerous collaborative spaces allowing for flexibility and a more productive work place. Previous high panel walls were replaced with lower and fewer panel dividers, along with very versatile, mobile work stations that maximize real estate and allow more spontaneity in response to project specific tasks. Multiple private areas fully equipped with the latest technology provide for impromptu work sessions as well as scheduled meetings.
The new space utilizes perimeter daylighting, a flexible layout, and fresh, light colors to bring everyone together in a more open and updated collaborative environment.
