Lake Saint Louis City Hall & Police Facility

The new City Hall and Police Facility for Lake Saint Louis is situated on the site to provide a “front door” and strong identity for anyone entering the City. The facility provides services to residents of Lake Saint Louis from three primary components: the City Hall, the Courts and Boardroom area and the Lake Saint Louis Police Department.

The Boardroom features amenities for a variety of public functions. The City’s Municipal Court is held in the space, along with public meetings for the Board of Alderman and the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Police Department contains a Sally Port for secure automobile transfer of prisoners into the detention center. Within the Police Department are areas for Administration, Training, Communications, Detectives, Detention, Evidence Storage, Records and Dispatch.

The team of M+H Architects did a good job helping city officials determine our requirements and they understood very well the budget constraints imposed on our project. Construction went smoothly and much of this was attributed to the design documents.
