H.E. Butt Grocery Company – Perishable Distribution Center Addition

This project is a 173,957 SF addition to the existing H.E.B. facility in San Antonio, Texas, accommodating expansion to the north and south.  It consists of approximately 132,473 SF of first floor refrigerated distribution/storage and cold dock maintained at 32-degrees, along with a separate enclosed 38-degree cooler.  The procurement mezzanine is 41,484 SF of finished office space consisting of individual offices, conference rooms, break rooms, outdoor patio, test kitchens, large team rooms, and open office spaces.
