The 43,685 SF main building with basement is composed of three main components. The building includes a 12,585 SF office component above grade with an 8,620 SF basement below grade and 22,480 SF of materials warehouse and vehicle storage space for the service and construction vehicles. The building is fully sprinklered. The site also includes a 3,000 SF three-sided outdoor storage building. The storage building is not sprinklered. The office design utilizes conventional steel column and beam framing, concrete basement walls, and metal stud wall framing with brick and stone veneer. The office roof includes light gauge metal roof trusses with a standing seam metal roof. The operations area is a pre-engineered metal building structure with metal wall panels and standing seam roof.
