 Retail goes upscale… Davis Street Land Company and M+H recently completed a new retail center in Lake Saint Louis called “The Meadows.” This center, which opened in August of 2008, is located near Lake Saint Louis Boulevard and I-64.

At the heart of The Meadows is its pedestrian plaza where you can find areas for sitting and enjoying a break.  A plaza clock tower is a key focal element for the entire development and adjacent to this is an entertainment area with pergola that serves as a band stand.  

The architecture of the center is a classic, prairie style design, utilizing premium materials and quality workmanship.  On the southern portion of the site is a large water feature which will amplify an appealing exterior dining experience at the piers, exterior patios, and decks of the 3 restaurants to be located in that area.
