Poject Details

Frontenac Grove is a boutique retail center located on Clayton Rd in the heart of Frontenac, Missouri. Comprised of 18,500 square feet, it nestles into a narrow parcel of land and provides spaces for retail, restaurant and bank tenants. Built in a French Country style, the building features a highly articulated exterior with traditional stone and plaster detailing, copper roofs, curved exposed rafters, arched stone openings and roof dormers. The building has a paddock design element that allows for drive through traffic to intersect the building, yet the roof structure ties the retail center together. The Clayton Road elevation features a rounded stone façade with curved roof that sets the stage for this high quality, finely detailed retail structure.
