Poject Details

These two speculative office/warehouse facilities designed by M+H Architects for Greenfield Builders complete the development at the Cranbury South River Road and Costco Way Intersection. The buildings of contrasting size provide an attractive variety of potential lease space in a desirable location near the New Jersey turnpike. Barnes & Noble and USA Facilities, previously constructed and occupied, round out the foursome of the development. The north building is the larger of the two at 983,320 square feet, while the second building is only 240,000 square feet.
