This building is a new 526,566sf distribution and warehouse facility built in the Catskill Mountains for Amscan, “The Party People.” Approximately 18,000sf of the facility accommodates office space and the remaining 508,566sf is used as distribution/warehouse space. It supplements operations of four other distribution centers across the country and includes a series of multi-level pick modules, a three-level mezzanine and an intricate sortation and conveyor system. The building is used to sort, pack and ship the company’s line of party products.

Constructed of tilt-up concrete panels, the single-story building features a dark gray reflective glass curtainwall system and a canopied main entrance.

In 2006, we completd a 351,894sf single story addition to the original project, which included additional pick modules, storage racks for products, and 20 additional loading docks.
